Telephone orders
This can be done by calling 01749 987339.  We have the facility to take credit card payments over the phone.  If we are out of the office then we have an answer machine so please do leave a message and we will get back in touch as soon as possible.

We at Startsmart use the Royal Mail and everything is dispatched by 48hr Tracked.  If however you need the item you have ordered to be `Special Delivery` then please do get in touch with us and we can arrange this with the Post Office, though a seperate charge for this delivery will be made. Posting cost to the UK will be £4.99 for orders under £100.00.  

Posting costs for orders £100.00 and over will be free.

Overseas Delivery Costs

European Union - £17.50  Please be aware there maybe still some delays in delivery.  We use Royal Mail International Tracked.
All other destinations - £23.99

Please Note - This is a minimum charge.  In some instances the postage charge will have to be reviewed depending on the weight of the parcel. We will contact you if we think there will be an extra charge for delivering your order. If further payment is needed this can be done by Debit/Credit Card.

N.B. Customers please note there will be additional import duties that must be paid by the customer on receipt of the goods.
