How To Order and Refunds
Ordering Online
We have made ordering online as simple and secure as possible. Payments can be made safely using all major debit and credit cards through Shopify, our secure payment gateway.
Please ensure that your billing address matches the address registered with your card provider exactly. If the details do not match, your payment may be declined by the bank’s security system. In these cases, any pending payment will not be received by StartSmart Children’s Clothing UK Ltd and will normally be released back to your account within 3-4 working days.
For your security, we do not store any card payment details.

Telephone Orders
We are happy to accept orders over the telephone. Please call us on 01749 987339 and we can securely process your payment. If we are unavailable, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.
Delivery Information
All UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. Standard UK delivery is £4.99 for orders under £100, and free delivery is available on orders over £100.
If you require Special Delivery, please contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to arrange this for an additional charge.
Overseas Delivery
International orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked service. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent by email.

Please note that delivery times may occasionally be longer due to customs processing and international shipping delays. Additional postage charges may apply for heavier parcels, in which case we will contact you before dispatch.
Customers outside the UK may also be responsible for local customs charges, import duties or taxes payable on delivery.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, items may be returned within 28 days of ordering for a refund.
Returned items must be:

Unworn and in original condition

Returned with tags attached

Carefully folded in the original packaging where possible

Accompanied by the receipt or packing slip
If you no longer have your receipt, please contact us and we will try to locate your order on our system. If we are unable to find proof of purchase, a gift card may be offered instead of a refund. We no longer accept exchanges.
