How To Order & Refunds

You are able to buy online via card payment.
We use Shopify as our gateway payment system. This system is very strict in how it processes card paymentsand is trying to prevent fraud. The address you give has to match EXACTLY as the the address your credit card istatement. AVS policy. If the address given is not the same, the card will be declined. Money will be taken from your account and frozen, it will NOT go into Startsmarts account. The money will return back into your account 3/4 working days later
Please note, that we do not store your card details for security reasons.
Feel free to call us on 01749 860938 to place any orders as we have the facility to take credit card payments over the phone. If we are out of the office, then please do leave a message on our answer machine and we will get back in touch as soon as possible.
We, at Startsmart, use Royal Mail and everything is dispatched by 1st Class Post or Parcel Force 48hr depending on the weight of the parcel. If however, you need the item you have ordered to be `Special Delivery` then please do get in touch with us and we can arrange this with the Post Office, though a seperate charge for this delivery will occur.
Posting cost to the UK will be £4.99 for orders under £75.00. Posting costs for orders £75.00 and over will be settled by us.
Overseas Delivery Costs
Please be aware that because of Brexit, there appears to be quite a delay in you as the customer receiving your order. We can only apologise, but at present it is out of our hands, but we will try our best to get your orders to you.
European Union - £15.00 Please be aware there maybe still some delays in delivery. We use Royal Mail International Tracked. So once posted we will email the tracking numbers
All other destinations - £20.00
Please Note - This is a minimum charge. In some instances the postage charge will have to be reviewed depending on the weight of the parcel. We will contact you if we think there will be an extra charge for delivering your order. In most instances we would use a courier, as they would be less expensive than Royal Mail. If further payment is needed this can either be done by Credit Card or through Paypal to make the process as smooth as possible.
N.B. Customers please note that in some countries there may be additional import duties that must be paid by the customer on receipt of the goods.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not happy with the items we have sent you , please return the goods to us within 14 days unworn and with a receipt.
These items must have their labels attached, folded neatly into packaging and returned with a note from the customer.
We have three options for you on items from CURRENT STOCK
If a sale items is returned, we can offer a credit note or chose something else from the website, we do not do refunds on sale items
We do offer a 7 day cooling off period, once the customer has received the goods and decides it is not what they want then the goods can be returned and money refunded.
In all of these instances a receipt will be required.
We are also not able to refund the original P & P for any of the three options above unless there is a fault with the item.
